Cold Stone Cuts- Nidderdale

Patelely Bridge, Nidderdale - FREE

This place is hard to explain! It's a piece of art on a ginormous scale! Set in the beautiful Nidderdale countryside, its an array of stone platforms and paths, almost warren like, up the- hillside with places to watch the quarry at work too.

I haven't captured it with the photos I took. I will be visiting again soon and will update.

If you are ever in the area, it's worth a visit for the randomness of it. We loved it. It's a great place to visit from Pateley Bridge or after visiting Brimham Rocks which have reviewed here.
